Unshakable Resilience: The Key to Embracing Chaos and Leading with Clarity

In park and recreation, chaos isn’t a disruption, it’s part of the job. Weather shifts. Budgets tighten. Staffing changes. Community expectations rise. Programs pivot at the last minute. And through it all, you are expected to deliver safe, meaningful, high-quality experiences that strengthen your community.  The old model of resilience, simply pushing through and staying strong, is no longer enough. Today’s leaders must be able to adapt quickly, think clearly under pressure, and inspire confidence even when circumstances are uncertain.  What’s needed now is Unshakable Resilience.  In this engaging and story-driven keynote, Hoan Do shares a powerful and practical approach to transforming chaos into clarity. Through real-world insight, compelling storytelling, and actionable strategies, attendees will:

  • Apply the F.I.T. Framework to navigate uncertainty with confidence
  • Strengthen mental agility and decision-making when plans shift or challenges arise
  • Experience how easy it can be to build meaningful connections and a supportive community
